The Faces Behind the Scenes

A little about me to start-

My name is Brooke Rogers! I am a momma to three kiddos - Pyper, Emylia, and Wesley - and a wife to Clif. I love to paint and craft, hang out with my friends and family, travel, the color pink, and flamingos. The beach is my absolute favorite place. It’s where I go to escape.

I was born and raised in Artesia, New Mexico. I moved away for 8 years to Lubbock, TX to attend college. I spent 2 years at South Plains College and graduated with an associates in Criminal Justice, took a year off to have my oldest Pyper, and then transferred to Sam Houston State University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science. In 2020, my husband and I decided it was time to come back home and here we are now!

Coming back to Artesia was extremely hard for me. I was bullied very bad while in school here. It’s not something I talk about often but I feel it’s part of my story. It is why I strive to empower others and to teach my kids to love so fiercely.

Now, A little about the store-

In the beginning of 2017 I started thinking about something that I could do that Pyper and I could eventually have to do together. I went back to work when she was just 2 weeks old and worked up to 4 jobs at once. I wanted to create something that allowed me to be home with her and that she might want one day. In April of 2017, I started selling DotDotSmile and started what we know now as The Foxy Frog Boutique.

Pyper has always been considered our Frog. I was going to call it “Pyper and the Frog” but thought how bad I’d feel if I had another daughter and she wasn’t included. So I started playing around with things I loved. Foxes have always been one of my favorite animals. I’m not sure how I came up with Foxy Frog but as soon as I said it, I knew it was the right name for us. It also made it even better than when our Emy girl was born, we called her our little fox.

Our logo has changed a few times over the years. But the message at its core has ALWAYS been family. My logo represents my three kiddos- Pyper (Frog), Emylia (Fox), and Wesley (Turtle). I do everything that I do, for them! They are my why.

Lastly, our message-
